Overview

CookieCutter Creator makes custom, made-to-order items. Because each printed tool is customized, we only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Return window (defective or incorrect items only)

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered.

How to request a return or replacement

Email support@cookiecuttercreator.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We typically respond within 2 business days.

Resolution options

If your return is approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund to the original payment method. For confirmed defects or shipping damage, we cover return shipping when a return is required.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind or sizing mistakes. Replacements are provided only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Non-returnable items

• Custom printed items that are not defective or incorrect
• Digital downloads (STL files) once delivered
• Credit purchases or export credits

Order cancellations

Custom print orders can be canceled before production begins. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase so we can confirm the order has not started production.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-7 business days after processing.
